Prospective Vendor/Supplier must accept the terms of the Vendor/Supplier Registration Requirements in order to register as a vendor/supplier within the DISTRICT Supplier Registration System. If Vendor/Supplier elects not to accept these terms, Vendor/Supplier will be unable to register at this time.

By submitting the vendor/supplier registration electronically through the iSupplier system, the authorized Vendor/Supplier designee certifies and warrants that Vendor/Supplier designee is duly authorized, on behalf of Vendor/Supplier to: register the company; file all the information requested during this registration process and accept the terms of the Vendor/Supplier Registration Requirements.

Also, by submitting this registration, Vendor/Supplier agrees, to use the registration update functionality of the iSupplier system to update Vendor/Supplier profile when deemed necessary to ensure that the registration information remains accurate, complete and current at all times.

By Vendor/Supplier selecting the "Agree" button below, Vendor/Supplier is acknowledging that the information provided via the iSupplier system shall remain in effect so long as Vendor/Supplier is registered to do business with the DISTRICT. The DISTRICT reserves all rights to cancel Vendor/Supplier registration at any time.

Click Agree if Vendor/Supplier agrees to ALL terms noted in the Vendor/Supplier Registration Requirements, Cancel if Vendor/Supplier does not wish to continue registering at this time; or Don't Agree if Vendor/Supplier would like to provide the DISTRICT with exceptions/ comments/concerns related to the Vendor/Supplier Registration Requirements.
