The Clark County Water Reclamation District (District) awards professional services contracts using a qualifications-based selection process called the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Interested firms may apply by completing our SOQ submittal process during the open period:

May 3, 2023-June 26, 2023.

The District is looking for firms to provide expertise in one or more Services and/or Works to assist in the execution of our Capital Improvement Plan. Services are areas of professional or technical expertise, whereas Works are a specific type of public work. Firms meeting the minimum requirements may apply for ranking in any category.

Submittals will only be accepted online.
