You may notice a convenience fee when you pay by credit card.  The 2.95% convenience fee, collected by our online payment provider for managing the credit card service, is associated with recovering the costs of credit and debit payment transactions. The good news is we continue to offer other payment solutions that do not include this fee. We accept payment by check either online, over the phone, in person or by mail, or you can utilize your bank’s bill pay system. 

Your minimum amount due must be paid by the last day of the current billing month by 5:00 pm (PDT) to avoid a Basic Penalty Fee.

The payment system may be offline nightly between 10:00 pm and 12:00 am (PDT) for maintenance.

There is a $4 quarterly charge for each bill issued.  If your account is paid in full on or before July 31, you will only pay a one-time account charge of $4.
