The Clark County Water Reclamation District (CCWRD) Development Services Group works with owners and developers looking to connect their proposed residential, commercial, or industrial projects to the CCWRD Collections system for conveyance and treatment of sanitary sewer flows before being discharged to Lake Mead.
The “Design and Construction Standards for Wastewater Collection Systems” (DCSWCS) are the standards that sanitary sewer design and construction are required to adhere to in unincorporated Clark County. To ensure quality and uniformity, developers and owners need to work with the following two teams in the Development Services Group:
- Nevada Professional Engineers (PE) will be working with the Development Services Plan Review team when submitting their Civil Plans for review. Please visit the Plan Review page to find out more about the process.
- Class A contractors will be working with the Development Services Inspections team after Civil Plans are approved and construction is ready to begin. Please visit the Inspections page to find out more about the process.
